Toasted CoconutNo, those aren’t hashbrowns! I knew I needed to toast some coconut for our Tres Leches Cake and I didn’t feel like warming the house and oven up just for a cup of coconut. Plus, I’m lazy so I figured it has to work right? Yay, it did – so here you go! Imagine the possibilities of toasted coconut in literally five minutes. Ice cream, french toast, a drizzle of chocolate…..I’ll let you think about that!

Skillet Toasted Coconut

  1. Over medium heat, add shredded coconut to skillet.
  2. Stir occasionally to brown.
  3. Remove from heat and cool slightly before using.
