Review: Kashi Hummus Crisps
Disclaimer: I got a bag of Kashi’s Hummus Crisps for free from BzzAgent.com, and the following are my own thoughts on the product.
The air-popped Kashi Hummus Crisps I received were the Crisp Sea Salt & Olive Oil flavor. Our family loved the product! My girls kept asking for more ‘chips’ in their school lunches. The chips fit perfectly into our Easy Lunch Boxes containers, no squashed or broken chips here!
A serving size is TWENTY-SEVEN crisps – 27! for 120 calories – can you believe it? I don’t think I could eat that many as a good 5-10 were good for a small snack or with a sandwich. Sometimes you just want a little crunch, and these healthier air popped crisps fit the bill. The Sea Salt & Olive Oil flavor was ever so slight, but light enough to know it was there and to still be able to taste the chickpea/hummus flavor.
From Kashi.com
Our air-popped chickpea crisps are made without partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial anything. And with at least 5g of whole grain, 3g of fiber* and 3g of protein** from each serving, you’ll serve up a little nutrition with every snack session.
